Without hesitation, Monica told me she was very hopeful for the tree and she knows a guy, and she called him and he referred me to his trusted right hand that only HE could fix the problem. Well.....

One phone call, he came out the next day, looked at EVERY possible scenario, explained every possible avenue to fix the problem, he was early, polite, very kind and very knowledgeable...and NOW I have a new fixer also. Monica Rocks!
